Submitting a form request, calling, or emailing us does not create a contract. Work is not scheduled and prices are not final until confirmed in writing by QFR. We may decline service requests at our discretion when appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, images, logos, design elements, and page layout is owned by QFR or used with permission and protected by applicable laws. You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.
