Our crawlspace was wall-to-wall ridges, lumps, and bumps with sagging ductwork and chunks of cement and debris from long before we purchased the property. It never occurred to me that your crew would do such prep work. The surface was leveled and sloped appropriately, sagging ducts were re-attached to rafters and all debris was removed and hauled away. I was amazed. They went on to complete the encapsulation in an efficient and timely manner. Everyone was polite and well-spoken. The materials are solid and properly installed.
