About:Steve Gnader began his career with Thrashers Basement Systems back in 1989 and has consulted on literally thousands of basement systems - experience which proves invaluable when inspecting and designing solutions for our customers basement and structural problems today. With over 25+ years of experience in the buildings trades and home improvement industry, Steve is one of the most respected System Design Specialist on our team.
Steve has completed comprehensive training at the Basement Systems Institute in Seymour, Connecticut- joining the ranks of a network with over 250 of the best basement waterproofing contractors in the world. Steve is a Certified Waterproofing Professional and a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist.Accomplishment: Certified in Foundation Repair, Certified in Waterproofing, Graduated from Basement Systems Institute in Seymour, Connecticut, Certificate from the ICC International Code Council, Won the Omaha Best Award, Won the Sarpy County People's Choice Award, BBB Accredited, and EPC Partnered.

About:Sheli Gnader, Co-Owner & Executive assistant of Quality Foundation repair. Sheli is a team player, loves her job, helps coordinate meetings and calendar events; willing to help wherever she is needed. Sheli's position requires her to interact with employees and customers on a daily basis. She is self motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and understands that first impressions and customer service both personal and professional are extremely important.
Sheli was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and has been married to Steve Gnader for 30 years. They have 4 children and 6 granchildren.Accomplishment: Graduated high school in 1985. Attended methodist college for nursing and is currently continuing her education in marketing & management.
When Sheli is not working she enjoys reading, the outdoors, exercising, and adores the company of her pets.
About:Jessica has been with QFR for 5 years and is our receptionist & office manager. Jessica finds true happiness in assisting people towards a home they'll enjoy once again. She often receives compliments with and about her exceptional customer service skills and effective communication. She also helps to coordinate leads while keeping the office clean and organized. Jessica enjoys spending time with her two dogs and traveling in her spare time.
Accomplishment: Jessica has helped us earn a BBB certificate of Accreditation, Best of Omaha, and the Sarpy county people's choice award in home improvement.
About:Meet Tyler, Construction foreman for quality Foundation Repair. Born in Minnesota and raised in Papillion, Nebraska. Tyler graduated from Papillion-Lavista South High School and served active duty with the 101st Airborne. His time in the military taught him the ability to identify a problem quickly and how to achieve the best solution.
Accomplishment: Tyler greatest achievement besides his role in the 101st Airborne is his daughter, Charlie. He also enjoys fishing, camping, and traveling.
About:Michelle has an Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant but has always loved the accounting aspects of the business. She realized the immense need for reliable, honest, and professional bookkeepers. She then studied to become a bookkeeper using her exemplary skills for the last 6 years. She loves to travel to different cities and explore new areas in her spare time.
Accomplishment: Earned an Associates Degree and continues her education.
About:Juan, has 20 years of experience in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair industry. Juan has strong abilities to work with, suprivise and advocate for our labor team. He ensures our crews start on time, adhere to safety standards and that the projects stay on schedule; while making sure our clients are provided with quality service.
Accomplishment: In Juan’s spare time he really enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He spends a portion of each year traveling to be with loved ones.
